These terms govern your use of Tidbit ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app

Tidbit provides daily trivia facts, quizzes, and related features. A free tier is available to everyone; a premium subscription ("Trivia Pro") unlocks additional content and features.

Subscriptions

• Trivia Pro is offered as auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscriptions, billed through your Apple ID account.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or via the app's "change plan or cancel" option, which opens the same native subscription management screen.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your account

The app creates an account for you automatically. You can optionally link it to your Apple ID to make it permanent and restorable. You're responsible for anything that happens through your account. You can delete your account and its app data permanently at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are managed by Apple independently of your account and will keep renewing until you cancel them separately (see "Subscriptions" above).

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app — don't attempt to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it beyond what's permitted by applicable law, or use it for anything unlawful.

Content

Trivia facts and quiz content in the app are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we don't guarantee that every fact is complete or error-free.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
